Curious about the animals on the welcome page?

You may be aware that the campus “theme” for the 2020-2021 school year is “McAuliffe World Tour.”  The Eckley kindergarten class has adopted Belize, a South American country on the east coast of that continent which touches Mexico and Guatemala. The animals on the welcome page are all native to Belize:  the Scarlet Macaw, the mighty Jaguar, the Howler Monkey, and the Baird's Tapir (which is actually the national animal of Belize).
